PETROVA IRINA VLADIMIROVNA

A dean of the law faculty

In 1991 Petrova Irina Vladimirovna graduated the daily department of a law public prosecution faculty at Saratov's Law Institute. She has been working in North Caucasus Social Institute since 1994 and taking up a post of superior tutor, associate professor. In 1996 she entered Saratov State Law Academy on the instruction by correspondence of post-graduate on a chair of civil law and graduated it excellently in 2000. The same year she defended a Ph.D. thesis by the specialty number 12.00.03 "Сivil law, family law, law of civil procedure, private international law" where relevant problems of privatization available housing considered as a basis questions. Since 1995 she is a law faculty dean of NCSI.

Petrova Irina Vladimirovna has been taking part in international, Russian and regional conferences regularly. She has certificates, raising the level of a qualification ("A guide of law clinic" (MSU), "A mediator of legal conflicts resolution" (The Center of resolution conflicts Saint-Petersburg), "A management of land resources" (R. F.'s privities ministry), "Philosophy and science history" (R. F.'s education and science ministry).Irina Vladimirovna has broad professional contacts with leading Russian specialists in conflictology, School for training specialists in civil law of MSU, MSLA, SSAL, Volgograd Academy MIA of RF, KASM. She has more than 40 publications, including central law editions ("Economy and law", "Russian justice"). She is a co-author of school-book "Alternative forms of solving legal conflicts".

During the period of work as a basis educational discipline, Petrova Irina Vladimirovna has been reading a course of civil law, guides terms and graduation papers. She is a science leader of candidates and competitor of specialty number 12.00.03. She is one of the first in the Institute who begins to apply different methods of stirring up educational process that positively affects on motivation of studying students, on efficiency of acquirement basic skill of modern lawyer.

Colleagues and students note professional and human qualities of Irina Vladimirivna. She has worthy authority and respect. In 2001 she took a prize of Stavropol's Head.

The chairs and professional stuff of the Law faculty.

58 lectures take part in the process of training students on speciality 030501.65 Jurisprudence , from them are 6 Doctors of Sciences and 38 Masters of Sciences.

The chair of state-law disciplines includes 9 professors . There are 5 persons (56%) from common number of chair workers with academic degrees and statuses, including 1 Doctor of Law Sciences.

Professor Demchenko T.I. was headed the chair till 2003.Since 2003 the Head of chair is Candidate of Law Sciences Murzabekov Marat Ruslanovich , he has been working at the faculty since 1999.Murzabekov M.R. graduated from Moscow Open Social institute in 1999 and in 2003 he defended candidates thesis on speciality 12.00.14 in Russian Federation on the subject "The budget activity of municipal institutions R.F.". The scientific theme is "Problems of taxis regulations."

In the period from 2000 to 2006 years 3 candidate of thesises were examined by the tutors of the chair (on specialities 12.00.01 and 12.00.14).Assistant professor of the chair Demchenko T.I. and Zaharova L.N. are working under the doctors thesises .Since 2003 the chair has been organizing and providing work in the postgraduate studies of the NCSI on specialities 12.00.01.

The scientific topic of the chair is "Problems of understanding and functioning state and law on the modern stage".

The chair of civil -law disciplines includes16 professors (including 8 member of staff), among them 10 Candidates of Law Sciences and 1 Doctor of Law Sciences.

The chair is headed by Candidate of Law Science , reader Petrova Irina Vladimirovna .

In July of 2005 professor of chair Shevchuc S.S. defended doctors thesis on specialty 12.00.03. 2 professors (Petrova I.V. Merzlikina R.A.) working under the doctors thesises .Middle age of the chair professors is 42 years.

The major lines of science researches are problems of practical using precount forms for permitting of law conflicts .The chair is discharging , it provides the final certification of students in the form of complex examination by civil law ,civil-remedial law ,and preparing of dissertation on specialization "civil law".

The chair of criminal -law disciplines includes 12 tutors, including 7 Candidates of Sciences and 2 Doctors of Law Sciences. The completing of full time staff is 50%.There are only 2 practical tutors without academic degree in number of staff workers.

Since 1999 the chair was headed by Candidate of Law sciences, reader Voskobitova Lydia Alekseevna. Since 2003 the Head of the chair is Candidate of Law Sciences Jerdev Vladimir Alekseevich .In 1980 he finished Academy of MIC USSR and in 2001 he defended candidates thesis by chair of crime detection in Saratov States Academy of law in specialization 12.00.09. "Criminal characteristics of thefts, robberies and robbery attacks :methods of investigation and disclosing".

The chair providing the following professional disciplines and disciplines of specialization: Criminal law, Criminal Remedial law, Security system, Criminology, Crime detection, Law Statistic, Criminal execute law, Organization of investigator work, Method of investigation activities, Theoretical basis of crime qualification, Problems of crime investigation doing by organized crime groups, Legal medicine, Legal psychiatry, Directorate of prosecutor, Actual problems of Civil law, Legal accountancy, Proving and accepting decision in criminal law.

The legal clinic.

The faculty of law took part in the competition of projects "The alternative forms of solution legal conflicts", which had conducted the American Fund Eurasia (The South of Russia) and won a grant on the scale of 25000$ in 1999. The dean of the law's faculty Petrova I.V. was a leader of the project. In the contact realization of the project in NCSI had created the legal clinic "The centre of assistances before judicial solution legal conflicts". The basic purpose of the legal clinic are training and instruction of specialists in regularization the legal conflicts. For a realization the basic purpose of the project a great work had conducted. They were developed programs and introduced special disciplines published the training appliances. The leading orientation Centre's activities are introduction of the mediation as one of forms solution legal conflicts. The mediation is process of solution problems between parties on the basis of negotiations with participation neutral mediator.

The legal clinic's students was rewarded credentials of Representative on human rights in Stavropol region for taking an active participation the promotion legal knowledges and working out subject about protection of the rights and liberties of the person. During from 2000 to 2006 42 students had done their practical training by programs "The academy of the human rights" In summer and winter schools (Stavropol, Saint Petersburg, Twer, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Saratov).

The criminalistic laboratory.

The criminalistic laboratory of NCSI was created in 1999 on the base of the pulpit criminal-legal disciplines of the law-faculty. In the time of creating laboratory there was work out statute in points which are reflected its problems and main functions.

The criminalistic laboratory's cabinet equipped by visual aids (standards) on subjects: "Dactyloscopy", "Trasology", "Ballistics", "The criminalistic investigation of a handwriting" and "The Techniko-criminalistic investigation of a documents", which contain accordingly textual explanation about types and construction capillary patterns, the mechanism locks and seals, the way of making footprint parts of boots, the explanation of classification firearms and ammunition to it, fulfillment texts intentionally changed and wrote in unusual condition, graphic elaboration signs of handwriting and the away of intentional change maintenances of documents.

The cooperation of the faculty (the partners).

The Law-faculty has been collaborating with Fund "Eurasia" since 2000, but since 2001 with Moscow representation American association Lawyers by the international program "East-European legal initiative" (ABA/CEELI).One of the directions given program - a development and solution interactive methods instructions students juridical higher educational institute through Legal clinic's system.

Every year law-students take part in student scientific conferences and "weeks of science", research work of the students reflected at published work in Collections scientific articles of NCSI.
